| - You will have thirty days (min.) to sixty days (max) to complete our transaction if it is an Art Offer. |
| - Credit me! Transferring of ownership does not strip my creator credit. |
| - Don’t sell for higher unless art is added (don’t sell for other currency without added art if purchased with amino coins) |
| - Let me know how I’m transferring the Adopt (DMs, Email, Toyhou.se, or Sta.sh) |
| - You’re free to redesign, just keep it recognizable |
| - Feral Designs of mine should not be given any Feral NSFW of any kind. I would prefer the Anthro Form not just be made for NSFW Purposes as well. |
> If a previous Owner is the one to have created / purchased said Feral Yucks, I will not Blacklist the new Owner of the Design unless they continue to engage with such.

> However, if it is discovered you are helping them to Evade, you will be added as well. (I.E; Buying adopts or art with the soul intent it's for them, or them paying through you.

| - Lines may be altered, but still be decipherable between my work verses theirs/yours |
| - If at any point I cannot complete my half I will make it aware and you may either Finish, Scrap, or Find a New Collab Partner to work on the design with (and if I have provided sketches you're welcome to use them if desired, I just ask for credits to the sketches whether it's as reference or just the sketch) |
| - Payments are split fifty percent (50%) |

| - Fifty-Fifty Payment required (50% before I start, 50% after completion) |
| - I will always tell you the wait time. If you can’t be patient, don’t commission me |
| - Full Refunds may be provided as long as nothing has been started. If sketch has been done you may only receive 50% Refund |
| - Prices on my Commission Sheets are a Base/Starting Price, meaning they will rise depending upon the complexity of the art you are looking for. This can range from and is not limited to Clothing/Accessories, NSFW or SFW, Posing, Wallpaper/Background, etc., etc) |
| - WIPs will always be sent in case of errors |
| Co-Ownerships |
