Adopts
- Art offers for an Adopt must be completed within thirty days, if WIPs are given I’ll extend another thirty days
- Credit me! Transferring of ownership does not strip my creator credit
- Don’t sell for higher unless art is added (don’t sell for other currency without added art if purchased with amino coins)
- Let me know how I’m transferring the Adopt (DMs, Email, Toyhou.se, or Sta.sh)
- You’re free to redesign, just keep it recognizable
Art Info
- All my work is watermarked and any attempt at removal will result in blacklisting
- Always Credit.
- Don’t edit, copy, repost/steal, nor trace any of my work. Referencing is fine as long as people cannot compare or mistaken our arts as each other
- Do not put my art in any and all A.I Generators, please.
Art Trades
- Don’t send your side until mine is completed
- If your side isn’t completed within thirty days, I have very right to cancel the trade
- You may price my side as if it were commissioned, I will even give you the art’s worth!
Bases
- Closed Species Bases may only be used by Co-Owners and Rightsholders
- Credit is required
- May be used for Adopts, Collabs, Commissions, Frankendolling, and YCHs

- Mostly private, not everyone is listed
- Those listed are on here permanently
- You do not have to refrain from giving them my work, I simply refuse to do business with them.

Commissions/ Customs
- Fifty-Fifty Payment required (50% before I start, 50% after completion)
- I will always tell you the wait time. If you can’t be patient, don’t commission me
- Prices on my Commission Sheets are a Base/Starting Price, meaning they will rise depending upon the complexity of the art you are looking for. This can range from and is not limited to Clothing/Accessories, NSFW or SFW, Posing, Wallpaper/Background, etc., etc)
- WIPs will always be sent in case of errors
Co-Owns
- Ask if you are uncertain about something
- Do not redesign, nor change the gender, personality, or sexuality

- Must state we co-own
- NSFW is strictly 18+ ONLY
- Shipping is welcomed
- This T.O.S only applies to my OCs
- Talk to me before selling your side :))
- You are free to create your own backstory and do not have to follow/go with mine
- Upon my disconnection, you will immediately be given Full-Ownership of the OC, and no extra payment will be required

- Co-Owners and Rights-holders may make/sell Adopts and Bases
- Co-Owners may sell Rights, but not Co-Owns

- Always FREE, I do not want anything in return
- Ask anytime and all codes will be sent to you privately
- There is no limit to how many you may receive. Just use the codes ASAP. Any codes not used within 24-72 hours will be recycled to someone else.
